OSHNA regularly hosts a variety of neighborhood activities. Some of these take place every year (or nearly so). Listed below are those activities annoted with the approximate time of year and whether or not they are held annually or not. Note that some events may be canceled for various reasons, including rain.

- General Membership Meetings (1 each quarter)
- Executive Board Meetings - third Tuesday of every month
- Porch Parties - throughout the year
- Library Book Sale - early March
- Home Tour - first weekend in April, rain or shine
- Summer Picnic on the River - on a rainless Summer weekend
- Great Neighborhood Yard Sale - early November, rain or shine
- Winter Holiday Concert - second week of December
