The suggested changes to the bylaws have been amended following review of comments on the web site by the Bylaws Committee. Those changes are shown in blue on the proposed changes. The responses to the comments will be posted soon.

I've gone over your modifications to the proposed bylaws and noticed the detail you provided to let commenters know that their comments were reviewed and why their changes were incorporated, modified, or not incorporated.
I am sure the commenters that invested their time to help your committee create the proposed bylaws will appreciate your efforts.
