TPD has sent out Chief Jane Castor's 2010 Deployment Letter. From the Chief's office:
"Chief Jane Castor and the men and women of the Tampa Police Department are always working to improve service to their citizens and strengthen community relationships that are critical in the fight against crime.
Please see the attached letter from Chief Castor that outlines the latest adjustments to TPD's deployment that will allow officers and citizens to work together to reduce crime in our city."
