Is there any update on CVS? Are they still trying to come to an agreement or is it off the table.

The neighborhood association received an email from CVS telling us they'd given up. Not too long after, they tried to get a permit for the store without requesting rezoning to a "PD". That second attempt was also denied.
I consider that corner open for redevelopment by other investors at this point. If I understand rezoning requests right, they have to wait 12 months before they can try again.
