CVS sent the neighborhood association a simple set of elevations so that we'd have something to look at. There was a change of companies handling the design and construction of the site. More information will be provided in the future. For now, here's a starting point that CVS would like the neighborhood to look at. They have a history of modifying the exteriors of these buildings with different facia elements to please local tastes and expressed a willingness to do that at the recent CVS meeting.
Could we request a copy of the site plan associated with the redesigned store elevations - that is the larger concern - building placement. Exterior changes to the facade are just frosting on the building.

I was told the site plans were being re-done and that was the reason they pulled their request for a PD. I agree we need more than this picture of the outside. At this point, though, we're all just waiting on the new contractors to get up to speed.
