The Clean Plumbers, Phillip Maurici, advertises in the OSHNA newsletter. They can be reached at www.thecleanplumbers.com or at 813.961.2683.
I called them when my main line got clogged. They came out and hade it cleaned up and working well in no time for a very reasonable fee. There used to be a coupon on their website and I got a discount for being a resident of Old Seminole Heights. ($10, I think. Not huge, but appreciated.)
