Form Based Zoning at City Council

The presidents of all three neighborhood associations and BGoSH, the join Land Use committee chair Kacy Curry, and the Historic Preservation chair Ann McDonald all spoke before city council tonight in favor of continuing the process.  City Council voted in favor of sending the plan out for review.
