Form Based Zoning Meeting

The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and review the proposed land-use changes that are necessary in order to move forward with the Seminole Heights Vision Plan, (Form-Based Codes). The land designation changes must first be approved by the Planning Commission before the Vision Plan moves forward to Tampa City Council.
