The 2010 home tour featured 8 beautiful homes focusing primarily on the Southwest portion of Old Seminole Heights. This area is tucked into a deep bend in the Hillsborough river and included homes in both the beginning phases of rennovation through to a magazine quality home filled with real Stickley craftsman furniture. If you ever wondered what an old house attic space looks like, you even got to explore all those twists and turns. Our local historic Hillsborough High School hosted the tour again.
A bike tour trail was provided by the Seminole Heights Bicycle Club.
Donations from the proceeds went to the Seminole Heights Community Garden and for replacing the degraded soccer field goal posts at Henry & Ola park. This park is in the area the tour focused on and is used by the entire City of Tampa youth soccer program.
