 The Men’s Health Forum (established in 2000 by Bob Samuels/FPCN as the African American Men’s Health Forum) is gearing up for its 10th anniversary…
 

The 2010 Forum is reaching out to ALL uninsured and medically underserved men in the greater Tampa Bay community. ***The event will be offered in English and Spanish.  FREE bus passes to the event are available courtesy of HART***

***FREE meals and door prizes will be distributed***

ALL TESTING: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

·         Body Mass Index - St. Joseph’s Hospital; University Community Hospital

·         Glucose / Sugar - MediTech Medical Centers; St. Joseph’s Hospital; Tampa General Hospital; Florida A&M University (FAMU) - College of Pharmacy

·         Hearing - University of South Florida (USF) Audiology Clinic

·         Blood Pressure - University Community Hospital; MediTech Medical Centers; FAMU

·         HIV/AIDS - Tampa Care Clinic; Tampa Family Health Center

·         Prostate Cancer – Moffitt Cancer Center; St. Joseph’s Hospital (Pre-registration required for Prostate tests only)
(Must register in advance for PROSTATE EXAMS by calling 813-870-4747 (Mon-Fri: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
