This Old House magazine picked Old Seminole Heights as one of the 50 "Best Place to Buy an Old House" in the United States. 
One neighborhood per state was selected and our very own neighborhood was selected for the state of Florida. Neighborhoods were selected based on architectural diversity, craftsmanship, preservation momentum, walkability, services, and community.
Not only did Seminole Heights get picked to represent Florida, we were also chosen as the first in the twelve best in the South. According to This Old House magazine, Seminole heights is "[a]mong the best for: Families, Green Thumbs, Cottages and Bungalows, Single Women Homebuyers, Porch Sitters, Walkers, The South."
This second annual event got its contestants from PreservationDirectory.com, where our very own OSHNA preservationist Suzanne Prieur entered information on Seminole Heights.
