The Home Tour committee starts work in November of each year to design and organize OSHNA's primary, annual fund raiser. Homeowners graciously open their homes the first weekend in April in support of their neighborhood.
This year's tour will not disappoint with over 10 beautiful homes. Again, we showcase another portion of our neighborhood. Just like last year, where we were lucky to have the Capt Bill Jackson house as a surprise element on our tour, this year will be equally surprising. Both historic and new homes are on the tour representing both our past and our present. Historic Hillsborough High School will be the starting point with its amazing gothic revival architecture (and convenient parking).
Sunday April 18th from 11:30-5:30pm
Tours will start at Hillsborough High School, 5000 Central Ave
Tickets are $10 in advance online at www.oldseminoleheights.org
or
Tickets will be available for $15 the day of the Tour, at Hillsborough High School.

You might be wondering where the money raised is spent. OSHNA focuses on community building events like picnics, concerts, and pot lucks. We also fund neighborhood preservation efforts to maintain and improve the quality of life in our area. Restoration projects are also important to us as we consider ourselves custodians of this beautiful and historic neighborhood. OSHNA is 100% volunteer with no paid positions. Every dollar we raise goes back into the association and the community it supports.
This committee grows to a very large number of volunteers each Spring and there are large and small jobs anyone can do. If you're interested in helping your neighborhood association out, consider volunteering for this committee.
