2024 OSHNA Home Tour
Our 24th Annual Home Tour will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024. The tour will begin at the American Legion Seminole Post 111 at 6918 N Florida Ave, Tampa. This year's tour includes several homes, businesses, gardens, and more!
Pre-sale has ended. Tickets can be purchased in-person at the American Legion starting at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, April 7.
Annual Membership
Thank you for your interest in becoming and maintaining membership in the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association.
Membership provides a personal copy of the quarterly newsletter as well as invitations and discounts to our events. All residents are welcome to join regardless of whether you own or rent. Businesses/organizations have their own membership class and are likewise welcome in the association. For business memberships click here.
OSHNA holds a variety of events each year including the Home Tour, porch parties, and picnics. We also undertake projects for the neighborhood and represent our area before city council when required. Your membership supports these activities directly and is greatly appreciated.

Neighborhood Crime Watch Sign
Neighborhood Watch signs are available for $12. These signs come with a metal stake so you can place a sign in your yard or leave the stake off and attach to a fence, house, or shed. This is a great way to alert others we have an active and engaged neighborhood watch group, provide the Tampa Police Department Non-emergency number, and discourage crime-related activity in our area.
